At Northern Exteriors MN Inc., we are dedicated to providing top-quality roofing services to our clients. Our company was founded by a team of experienced roofers who have been in the industry for over 15 years.

HOW WE STAND OUT

1- You are working with an experienced, 25 year, family-owned, local roofing and siding owner, NOT an inexperienced salesperson.

2- Our roofing and siding crews are VSI certified which guarantees experience, a higher quality of work, and requires on-going testing to continue with this certification. All LP SmartSide installers are Silver Series Certified.

3- All jobs are monitored by field supervisors for safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.

4- You are working with a roofing and siding contractor who KNOWS their workers. We have long-standing working relationships with our crews that has spanned decades.

5- Our experience as a roofing contractor regarding hail claims is second to none. Hail inspections of your roof and siding are free.

HAIL CLAIMS

Your hail damage claim requires a roofing contractor seasoned with insurance know-how, extensive product knowledge, excellent communication, and of course, experience. Do not take chances with your biggest investment. We will gladly meet your adjuster and thoroughly go over every detail so that you can maximize your claim fairly.

Beware of fly-by-night roofing contractors with inexperienced salesmen simply trying to get you to sign a paper locking in to a legal document that narrows your roofing options and pricing. BEFORE the Roofing, LP Smartside siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, and garage door remodel

This is the before of an Eagan project that turned out amazing. We were the roofing and siding contractor for this house 18 years ago. The new homeowner kept the paperwork and called us. Fast forward through a hail storm and the next photo is the AFTER.

Owens Corning Roofing, LP Smartside siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, and garage door project

This after of the Eagan project. It is simply a dramatic turnaround. Thanks to a hail storm, we installed an Owens Corning Duration roof, replaced old vinyl siding with LP SmartSide as well as LP shakes. We installed a metal roof over the front entry. A fake window above the garage was installed to flow with the rest of the house. The cedar posts were hand made over the original posts. And

Roofing and siding project in Cottage Grove MN

This was a house where we installed vinyl shakes on 95% of the front elevation. We custom built the craftsman style posts and installed stone beneath. We took off the shutters and painted the garage for the final touch. Eventually we replaced the roof as well.

The final product, although a bit blurry (old camera), turned out fantastic. Hats off to our roofing and siding crews who make it all happen.
